Consultations regarding labor relations issues, including issues related to everyday aspects, regulatory changes and risk assessment and quantification of potential or existing contingencies;

Labor agreements preparation and negotiation;

Legal audits including review of practices and procedures and their potential implications;

Internal policies and regulations preparation or review;

Regularization of foreign employees and technicians and / or obtaining permits and work visas; and

Negotiations with trade unions and advise on interactions with the Ministry of Labor and Employment, the Labor Public Attorney’s Office and other government entities.
